- Both. Anyone can browse the catalogue and order at retail pricing. A free RensoHub account unlocks member pricing at 15% off retail, and registered distributors and high-volume buyers reach 25%. There is no minimum to create an account.
- How does the pricing actually work?
- Three tiers on every product. Retail is the public list price. Member is 15% off retail and is unlocked by any RensoHub membership, including the free Starter tier. Wholesale is 25% off retail and is available to registered distributors and high-volume operators once distribution status is verified. You always see all three, so you can see exactly what a tier is worth to you.
- Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
- We ship across Canada from warehouses in Richmond, BC and Etobicoke, ON. Delivery is free on orders over $250 within 50 km of either warehouse. Pickup is available from both locations at no charge.
- Which products does Renso actually make?
- RENSO is our own label - the coconut water, juices, sparkling range, sriracha, coconut milk and cream, ST25 and jasmine rice, fresh rice vermicelli, rice paper and Microrice lines are formulated and quality-controlled by our team. We also distribute partner brands such as VIFON. Product pages state which is which.
- What certifications do you hold?
- Renso products meet or exceed Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements. Depending on the product and supplier, they also carry HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal and GMP certification. Every product page lists the certifications that apply to that specific SKU.
- Can my team share one account?
- Yes. Professional includes three team sub-accounts and Enterprise is unlimited. Each person gets their own login under your business account, so you can see who ordered what.
