About An Giang Rice Farm
An Giang sits in the Mekong Delta, where the silt and the flood cycle produce rice that does not need to be improved on. The farm has been working the same ground since 1989.
The ST25 varietal grown here has been named World’s Best Rice - a long grain, faintly sweet, and the rice a Vietnamese kitchen reaches for when the bowl is going to be judged on the rice.
