About Mekong Sauce House
Founded in 1971 and still run by the same family, three generations in. That continuity is not sentiment - it is why the sriracha tastes the same from case to case.
Fermentation and ageing take the time they take. The house does not shortcut either, which is the reason a restaurant can put it on the table rather than hiding it in the kitchen.
